	Walter H. Potter, President Walter brings 14 years of experience and knowledge in the cellular industry to the company. Formerly a Business Account Rep with Alltel Communications, he has worked in every aspect of the business, including customer service. Walter has always prided himself on providing the highest level of customer service and goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the customers' happiness. 	Suzette M. Potter, Vice-President Suzette has been in the industry since the opening of The Wireless Solution in 2002. She oversees the administrative duties of the business in addition to providing customer service and sales. Being with Walter for 19 years, he has instilled in her, his customer service values and importance for providing the customers with the right plan and phone for their needs. Walter and Suzette both ensure that ALL employees hired, learn the value of customer service and how important each and every customer is to the success of their business.
